The people who staff our office do a great job. Find out a little about the dynamic individuals who make up our dental team.

Dr. Hal Atkinson is a 1973 graduate of Carroll High School, where he lettered in football and was president of the senior class. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1981. In 1982 he left the Fort Wayne Denture Center and started in practice at the Diplomat Plaza office in Fort Wayne. In 1992 he opened the Lima Road Dental office. His wife, Dr. Mary Ann Meo, has a general surgery practice here in town. Dr. Atkinson has three children: Ben, Maria, and Haley. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the Indiana Dental Association, the Fort Wayne Track Club, the Fort Wayne Ski Club, the Isaac Walton League, ACRES, and the Appliance Therapy Practitioners Association. He enjoys snow skiing, traveling, canoeing, running, golf, sailing, and hiking in the woods (which happens frequently during golf).

Dr. Angie King is a graduate from Harding High School. She graduated from IPFW in 1990. Angie graduated from Indiana School of Dentistry in 1994 and was a member of PSI Omega. Angie married Ryan in October of 1995. They were high school sweethearts. Angie and Ryan are proud parents of their tiger cat named Junior. Angie is an avid IU Basketball Fan. She enjoys running, boating, and playing cards.

Tracy Decker is a 1990 graduate of Churubusco High School. After high school she went to cosmetology school and worked in that field until coming to work for Dr. Atkinson and Dr. King in January, 1996. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Hannah, traveling, sightseeing, shopping, and taking care of her 3 dogs, Curtis, Yoda, and Boo.

Mary Krouse graduated from Carroll High School in 1973. In 1976 she received her Associate's degree in dental hygene from IPFW. She has been employed as a hygienist for 33 years, the past 20 for Dr. Atkinson. Mary's husband, Ray, is retired from the Indiana Air National Guard. Their blended family includes 3 sons, 5 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Hobbies include reading, walking, and spending time at the lake.

Linda Hause is a graduate of Homestead High School. She received her degree in the Dental Assisting Program from IPFW. Before working for Lima Road Dentistry she gained experience from three other dental offices, over the last several years. Some of her hobbies include gardening, reading, crafts, and traveling. Linda is a mother of four children, two boys and two girls, ranging in ages from 12 to 25.

Cindy Lonergan is a New Haven High School graduate. She graduated from the Bryman School in Indianapolis with a degree in Dental Assisting. She has worked in Dental offices as an assistant, orthodontic lab tech and receptionist since 1972. She has been working with Dr. Atkinson since 1993 as the Financial Coordinator. Her husband Tom retired from Dana Corp. in 2002. He works for Fort Wayne Dental Lab. They have two married daughters (no grandchildren yet). Cindy has been a member of the Fort Wayne Corvette Club since 1978. She enjoys reading, traveling, going to car races and car shows.

Amy McCracken is a 1999 graduate of Carroll High School. She also attended Anthis Career Center and studied dental assisting. Amy was married in July of 2001. Her husband, Jeff, is a New Haven Police Officer. They have a son, Austin, and a daughter, Kendra.

Diane Post is a graduate of Heritage High School. She graduated in 1993 from IPFW with a degree in Dental Assisting and has worked for Dr. Atkinson since. Diane and her husband Kenhave been married for 31 years. They have 3 adult children, Kurt (wife Faith), Kara, Katie (husband David Pranger) and 1 granddaughter, Mikaela. Diane is a member of the Fort Wayne Track Club, and enjoys running marathons. Ken and Diane enjoy riding their Honda Goldwing motorcycle and would like to ride the perimiter of the United States in the next few years.

Tiffany Sharin is a 2000 graduate from Concordia Lutheran High School. In 2006 she received her Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from IPFW. On August 5th, 2006 she married Nick, an English teacher at Wayne High school. They are the parents of one daughter, Olivia, and her older brother, a Shih Tzu named Zeus.

Lisa Storer, LDH, graduated from Homestead High School in 1986. She attended IPFW and became a Certified Dental Assistant in 1991. Lisa married Ted Storer that year and helped put him through Law School where he graduated in 1993. She went back to school and graduated from IPFW in 1996 as a Dental Hygienist. In 2002, Lisa went from working as a full-time hygienist to working as a full-time mom. She enjoys taking care of her two daughters and working part time as a hygienist.

Niki Sutton is a 1997 graduate of Carroll High School. She joined our staff in March of 2000. She enjoys being outdoors, cooking, scrapbooking, reading, and road trips. On July 24, 2004, Niki married Randy Sutton, Jr., a warehouse supervisor for a medical supply distributing company called Tri-Anim. They have three minitature long haired dachshunds, Mina, Odin, and Chewie. They are expecting their first baby late December 2009.

Tanya Thomas is a 2004 graduate of Churubusco High School. In 2007 she received her Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from IPFW. Tanya married her husband, Josh, in July of 2005. She enjoys spending time at the lake, boating, swimming, fishing, shopping, playing cards, and taking her dog Hounder on walks.

Christina Wulpi, graduated with honors from Northrop High School in 2001. She graduated in 2006 from IPFW with a certificate in Dental Assisting. Christina married Jordan in June of 2005. They have a son, Carson, and a Yorkshire Terrier named Dinky.
